The Easiest Way to Wash Your Windows

The Easiest way to Wash Your Windows |

…is not to do it yourself!  Have the kids do it instead.  I used to think they couldn’t get high enough—until I realized that their hands were making all the smudges, anyway.  I save old socks and have the kids use them as cleaning mitts.  Spray the worst spots and let them go at it.  It’s not perfect, but they think it’s fun (especially if you’re wearing a tu-tu as you clean)!

Home education at its best: teaching them to work without teaching them to hate work at the same time. Kudos to you! My perfectionism robbed me of most of this sort of training, though I would get my children to happily run and slide across the kitchen floor in old socks to polish the floor after I’d waxed it!

My girls love to clean windows, but the socks would put it over the top! Thanks for the tip. = )
